Can pain be my energy? A self-talk

The hassle of day and night barely allows one to inspect the deeper layers of one’s behavior or attitude. It is observed that the continuous efforts and struggle in any particular direction are derived from two types of motivations, a fear to get away from something or an inspiration to achieve something.

The history of deprivation, loss, failure and deficit shakes the innermost part of oneself. The fear of failure fills an individual with bitterness, and frustration which can leave a person in dejection initially and depression later on. The fear horrifies one with its existence and influence. It creeps in so that it can prevail and then color the personality accordingly. The soul, which is greatly affected by fear, is more prone to get into the dark hole of blues.

For most part of life, one seeks an enriching, fulfilling and inspiring experiences, which can counteract the fear effect.

Can fear be defeated through accomplishments?

Can fear be replaced by satiating activities or applause or success?

However, the fear that is creeping and extending around causing pain can keep one going. The pain-bearing soul stays restless and gets drive through it. On the other hand, throughout the journey this pain can prove itself as a reservoir of energy. It nourishes and replenishes ones vigor.  It serves as a reminder wherever a person wants to halt or on verge of losing courage.

It is true that the impact of perpetual fear keeps one in a wrenched state of tension, sometimes the persistence can eventually deplete resources, and absence of comfort can deteriorate the vision. Not only this, it wreaks havoc by inciting anger, sowing melancholy and emptying one. This can gradually conceal the identity of a real self away from a person.

Loss can be taken as energy reservoir for taking up passion in life but its constant presence can be a game-changer and may end things against oneself in destruction.

The methodology of using failure is same as exercising stress for productive work. It requires balanced approach to meet required goals in life.
