Random thoughts - Bridge between Unconscious processes and Conscious behavior

*    When there are abundant intra-psychic conflicts present inside then you are required to maintain certain amount of energy within yourself all the time to suppress or deal with these conflicts. Resolution of conflicts reduces demands of energy. Saved energy served as an ample power reservoir to be consumed more constructively in other daily activities.

Constructive or productive activities can increase ones self-esteem and enable person to use mature defense mechanisms.

Mature defense mechanisms are shaped due to secure feelings inside as more insecurity produces coping issues. Thus, a person is more prone to acquire adaptability in challenging situations.

*    Sharing concerns with colleagues resolve most of the matters, as verbal communication is not only heard by a listener but by a person too. It channels out new circuits and simultaneously brain gets messages of conflict resolution. On contrary when you just think about issues and do not proceed to share, then its not explicitly defined on brain as what measures should be taken to practice solution. When brain receives this message, it starts working to view the problem in different dimensions along with the one that comes from listener.

*    Unconscious contains enormous control over our conscious behavior and maintain extensive power to rule our brain. Its reflections do come from other means to us except dreams.

*    Observing ego (one which observes thoughts and its association with our attitude) has got potential to see the impact of unconscious will or desire on conscious mind. Well! It’s hard to process it consciously as it runs in background all the time.

*    Efficient observing ego sends swift, profuse and continuous messages which is mostly unnoticeable by conscious mind.  Why its not noticeable because sometimes conscious mind taking all kind of messages for unconscious to avoid distraction from reality.

Vigilance of observing ego helps a person to gauge his behavior by understanding the relationships between unconscious desires and conscious behaviors.

This understanding empowers us to monitor consequences of unconscious processes. It is quite difficult to stop what unconscious mind is thinking but now with this understanding its influence on conscious behavior can be modified.

*    Human desires are unending. Nobody can stop feelings of deprivation, deficits, frustration, failures or rejection. Unconscious mind processes every event that gets selective attention.

*    When you sit back and reflect your behaviors, then you come to know the motivations behind these behaviors, most of the motivations stem from unconscious and rule behaviors. These motivations can arise from different underlying processes. But there are some prominent ones too.

Motivations are charged bodies that evolve from unconscious laden with frustration, failures and setbacks.

These emotions leave negative energy inside which is on the basis of individual’s capability can be turned into passion.

*    Human mind does wonders if the underlying processes are considered carefully because it helps us in adaptation. It equips us with emotional intelligence and facilitates development of better interpersonal and communication skills in different social settings. These energy reservoirs that is made up of frustration, failures or deprivation, want to diffuse, to release human mind from strain. Human capability utilizes these energy packs to become passion, courage, motivation and love.
